By: Wade ClarkeI bought an X-large Sporting Dog Solutions Collapsible Travel Kennel. It is very nicely made and we use it a lot. We have a chocolate lab/GWP mix named Zipper. He is a great hunting dog and he goes everywhere with us. I really like the fold up Kennel because it takes almost no space to put it in the back of the car, and when we travel with the kids and their friends and a dog or two that is a big deal.
The wicking matt in the kennel works great, if you put the dog in wet, he comes out dry.
The only thing that I don't like about the kennel is that the metal supports that are sewn into the piping on the edges of the kennel (the "bones") that hold the kennel up, are kind of wimpy. One time, my daughter threw her suitcase into the back of the car, on top of the folded up kennel, and I did not notice. Five hours later when we got to grandma's house, the metal supports were bent, and they stayed bent. It has not wrecked the kennel, but it does not work nearly as well.
Other than that, it is a great product.
