2.Walk a 6 foot perimeter around the place, rewarding your dog every 30 seconds.
3. If your dog steps off the bed, guide him back, and repeat the command “Place.”
4. Keep your dog on his place for 3 minutes.

TRIPLE CROWN TIPS
Remember, a new location may cause your dog to become distracted. As a result, you may have to reinforce your commands more often. You may also need to adjust the stimulation level up or down, depending on the exercise you are practicing, and the level of distraction. To prevent your dog from associating the transmitter with the stimulation, keep the transmitter with you even when you are not training. Walk a 6 foot perimeter around the place. Watch closely for your dog to break. If your dog breaks, guide himback using the command “Place.” 20 |
