SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders ship out via US Postal Service or UPS the same business day (M-F) received. Postal orders and orders with personalized dog collar I.D. plates take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

The US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. There is a $5.95 shipping charge on all orders under $125 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

Our minimum shipping fee is $5.95.
