    • COLLAR SIZING MADE EASY

    These are NECK SIZE COLLARS which means the dog's measured neck size IS the collar size.

    Measure Your Dog's Neck to ensure a proper fit.

    • Use a measuring tape, cloth tape, or a piece of string (and measure the string).
    • Measure your dog's neck where you want the collar to rest on the neck AND at the appropriate tightness.
    • Once you have a measurement, refer to the Guide below to find the appropriate size.
    • The neck size (NS) represents the measurement from the center of the buckle to the fourth adjustment hole.
    • You can adjust 1-inch longer or 3-inches shorter. Keep in mind that using the shorter adjustment holes will leave more collar strap extending past the buckle.

    The collar is made of high-quality leather. The buckle and brass name plate will last for many years. I really liked the color of the leather with the white stitching and brass hardware. This collar has everything you would want in a collar, and you cannot beat the price.

    • Long lasting and will not break as easily as cloth/plastic collars. Our puppy is no longer itching at her collar. I wanted to try a non-synthetic collar and I was very impressed by the high quality and price of these real leather collars. They are very well made. Shipping was very fast. I would highly recommend this seller.
    Cons
    • The collar was a bit too long for the pup. An extra leather loop was needed to keep the length of the collar in place around her neck. If this were for a bigger breed puppy, other than a smaller breed like our pup, the extra length would have been great. This could have been my fault with the measurement.

    Bought this collar for our 5 month old beagle and it looks great! So far it’s holding up well, he’s a farm dog who loves to get wet and dirty and there’s been no damage yet.     Beautiful color, nice leather and nice nameplate. I would buy again (I actually may for my senior dog who doesn't need a collar but it'll be nice if the two pups match)

    I still like traditional leather dog collars. These were as described and fit great. Due to covid there was slight delay in the making of the brass name plates. It was explained, but that’s the reason for four stars instead of five.

    Beautiful collar. My wife and I love the rich brown leather. The brass name tag is nice, but if I had it to do over again I would order the collar without the name tag. Not because it's not excellent quality, but because my dog's neck is too small and the brass tag does not allow the collar to lay smoothly around her neck. If my dog was larger it wouldn't be a problem. But when it's small the tag keep it from bending around the neck. That said, we love the collar!

    A sturdy, well crafted, no-nonsense collar. I bought one previously that survived baths, swims, rolling in the mud, pulling on the leash, and so forth. The only reason I bought a new one was that my cell number changed, and I wanted to put her registration ID on the brass tag. Excellent value for the money.
