I got two. Put one on a DC40 that had broken off. Put the other on a DC30, but did a test before replacement. The replacement improved both the line of sight distance and over-the-hill distance. Should have done it a lot sooner.

"Allows me to get around another half mile of range in the piney woods."
These antenna's are great. Far better reception than the stock ones. Antenna is very flexible, unlike other aftermarket antennas which I have tried. Only problem is that I have had is one of the end pieces came off. Did not affect the range or function in any way. Great replacement antennas. Best ones I have found.
