With its 3.5 oz. polyester fabric construction filled with dense sound-deadening foam, the Thunder Hut provides a dark, quiet den for your dog. Whether placed over a crate or as a freestanding unit, the Thunder Hut will provide your dog the security he needs.

Small -- fits crate size 23"L x 20"W x 17"H
Medium -- fits crate size 31"L x 20"W x 22"H
Large -- fits crate size 43"L x 29"W x 31"H
XLarge -- fits crate size 49"L x 31"W x 34"H

Training:

For the crate-trained animal, reinforce the ThunderHut covered crate as being a nice place by the use of treats or other rewards during quiet times. As a storm approaches, encourage your dog to go to his "home". Do not force him or lock him in, as this may make the shelter a negative place. Work on encouraging your dog to seek out the Thunder Hut as a preferred safe haven, and over time (often very little time), your dog will find refuge.

For the dog that has not been crate-trained, the same method is recommended but an introduction to the ThunderHut again by treats or other reward is necessary as a first step.
