"This is by far the best remote I've had."

By: Katrina Carr From CA

Family pet.

This is by far the best remote I've had. The ergonomics are spectacular. As a woman, I have a small hand, but my fingers can still reach the buttons and my thumb can turn the stimulation dial up or down and the antenna is not in the way. Which means I don't have to look at what I'm doing so my timing is more precise. My only want, would be that the receiver be a bit smaller. Other than that, excellent product!

How much range do you need in a remote training collar?

  • abstract: Short range collars may work on pets in the back yard, but not for working a dog off-leash. Most folks can get by with a medium range, 1/2 mile collar. Big running pointing dog? Stop chasing of unwanted game? You need a long range, 1-mile system. REMEMBER: Too much range will never hurt, but too little range can be a BIG problem.

    Pressure Necrosis

I'd like to think the myth that a remote collar can burn a dog has been put to rest.
