Turn the transmitter on and set the stimulation level at 0. Use the toggle to select the desired dog -- 1, 2, or 3. 2. Turn off the receiver you want to pair, and hold its power button for 5 seconds until the LED starts flashing. 3. Press the Base Stimulation Button and Boost Button on the transmitter until it reads CD. Confirm the pairing by pressing Pager Vibration. NOTE: Restart the pairing steps if the LED on the receiver stays on or flashing for more than 1 second. The pairing between the devices has timed out or failed.
