What is a "USED" product? These used Garmin collars and handhelds come from customer trade-ins of previously owned equipment. Each unit is personally inspected by Steve, who verifies that it meets our standards. We clean up the gear, update the firmware, do a full factory reset, and test everything to make sure it's working like it should. All used collars and handhelds from Gun Dog Supply come with a 60-Day Limited Warranty -- if it stops working due to normal use within 60 days, we'll repair it or replace it.
