We clean up the gear, update the firmware, do a full factory reset, and test everything to make sure it's working like it should. All used collars and handhelds from Gun Dog Supply come with a 60-Day Limited Warranty -- if it stops working due to normal use within 60 days, we'll repair it or replace it.
