    • COLLAR SIZING MADE EASY

    These are NECK SIZE COLLARS which means the dog's measured neck size IS the collar size.

    Measure Your Dog's Neck to ensure a proper fit.

    • Use a measuring tape, cloth tape, or a piece of string (and measure the string).
    • Measure your dog's neck where you want the collar to rest on the neck AND at the appropriate tightness.
    • Once you have a measurement, refer to the Guide below to find the appropriate size.
    • The neck size (NS) represents the measurement from the center of the buckle to the fourth adjustment hole.
    • You can adjust 1-inch longer or 3-inches shorter. Keep in mind that using the shorter adjustment holes will leave more collar strap extending past the buckle.

    I was looking for a thinner leather collar with brass hardware and an attached ID plate for my greyhound to wear in the house, and this fits the bill perfectly. I wanted something lighter that wouldn't look so bulky when she's also wearing her martingale out for walks, so I love the size - this collar is beautiful, simple, and classic. I appreciated the seller's communication about the delay in processing time as well. Great service, great product!

    Very thick, high quality leather collar. I had an extra name plate added with vet's information so that I don't have to hang the rabies tag on there, and both plates fit well. No annoying jingling tags! I ordered the largest size in hope that it will fit our Airedale after she's done growing, which I believe it should.

    And thanks Gun Dog Supply - your customer service is excellent!! The collar arrive within a week of placing the order, even though I had the extra name plate added and the postal service has been slow lately.

    The collar is amazing quality. My puppy loves it, and I will surely be getting the adult version when she gets older.

    Well made, great price point, and the tag is the icing on the cake. We got this collar for our 8 month old Belgian Malinois/GSD rescue pup, an he likes it better than the nylon one he had, he doesn’t scratch at it and try to take it off. I fended up putting an extra hole between two of the hole because he was in-between sizes. I will definitely be getting the bigger one when he out grows this one. Great color too.

    The mahogany collar is nice collar for my Epagneul Breton. Arrived quickly and sized correctly according to the options listed. The color matches what I saw on the computer screen. It is well made and should endure through many seasons. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

    Nice collar, very well made. Sizing chart was helpful in choosing a larger size for growing pup. Probably should have got the 1 inch though, he's already 45 lbs at 4 months old today.
