When you order most of our collars, you get a FREE machine-stamped brass name plate (2.75" x .75") with up to 4 lines of text which we attach to your collar using rivets. If you would like for us to also attach this ID name plate to your collar, please choose "Attached to Collar" in the dropdown above. These are for our retail customers ONLY. No dealers. Not for resale. Thanks! Enter your contact information in the blank form above. We recommend that you list multiple phone numbers along with your name, city, state, and address if you have room. Our tags will fit up to 3 lines of information. The top line will fit 16 letters. Lines 2 and 3 are longer and will fit 25. This is because of the placement of the rivets. Instructions for attaching name plates using rivets: Most of our collars are pre-punched for ID plates. If your collar is not, or you are adding a second ID plate: Use the ID plate to mark where it will be attached to the collar For leather collars , use a leather punch tool, ice pick, or hammer and nail to make the holes for the rivets For nylon collars , the holes should be melted using a soldering iron or a heated nail or ice pick Once you have your holes punched: Line the plate up on top of the holes and put the stud part of the rivet through from the bottom Put the crown over the stud and hammer it closed on a hard surface (concrete or steel) You should drive the 2 pieces together until the upper surface flattens out Your I.D. tag is now attached!
