🛠️ Trade-In Condition Policy
Please clean your gear and remove collar straps. We can only accept working gear, and its condition DOES affect the credit value.
We cannot trade for skunked gear.
Gear with the following issues may receive
less or no credit :
- "Functional" units with extreme wear and tear / damage
- Flexband dry rot or exposed wires
- Cracked screens or damaged charging ports
- Heavy bite marks or missing rubber on buttons
- Engraved or carved writing, such as initials or phone numbers
- Missing chargers or parts
If you're not satisfied with our offer, we'll promptly return your gear.
