We 'share custody' of our son's "American Staffordshire Terrier" (also known as Pit Bull and Bully Breed). My wife and I have her weekdays while he works, and he has her the weekends. She is an excellent dog and 100% milder tempered and as affectionate- thinks she is a lap dog- as our previous (but a lot smaller) Yorkshire Terrier. She wore out her collar and I could not find a replacement 11/4 inch at local big box and pet stores- they have stopped stocking collars for large dogs- I think it is due to publicity and stories regarding large dogs. Well, off to the WWW I went and I am glad I found your website/store.
We will be checking you first now.

I was updating my bookmarks, noticed that I had saved the page of the Deluxe Leather Dog Collar and thought, am I ever going to have to get a new one? That collar has lasted a lot longer than I thought and I bought two! Still have one on deck. This all occurred to me as I was cleaning up the bookmark (left GDS supply on there)... In other words, I felt compelled to let you know that I am totally satisfied, we love it, and I must have told twenty people about the site.

Standard Leather Collar.
1 & 1/4 inch wide
Get a FREE 2.75" x .75" 3 or 4 line machine-stamped brass I.D. plate with purchase.
Folded & stitched oiled-strap leather. Double riveted at buckle, tuck loop & dee. Hardware consists of heavy gauge nickel-plated roller buckles and rings and nickel-plated steel tuck loops and rivets. Nylon stitching and riveted behind the dee ring for extra strength.1-1/4-inch wide. Russett (brown) color.

To ensure a perfect fit measure your dog's neck before you order. Add 4-5 inches to dog's actual neck measurement to order the proper length collars on this page. If you want room for growth or a "loose" fit, add more. Measurement should be made near the middle of the dog's neck.
