There is a $5.95 shipping charge on all orders under $125 to be shipped to destinations within the U.S.
Orders with personalized dog collar I.D. plates may take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
Shipments going to APOs, FPOs and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
- United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- Most orders ship out the same business day (M-F) received.
- FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $125 or more to destinations within the United States.
Shipping Methods / Options -- Domestic (USA)
We use UPS and the US Postal Service to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know in the COMMENTS field when you place your order.
Express Shipping, Next Business Day, and 2nd Business Day Shipping
- On UPS Next Business Day and UPS 2nd Business Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.
- Orders received after 1:30pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day (M-F). Orders placed after 1:30pm Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday should be processed on the following Monday.
- Saturday and Sunday are not considered Business Days and do not count as Transit or Delivery Days. UPS Next Day Saturday service is available in limited areas. Please call to check availability.
- Due to shipping restrictions some items may not be eligible for Express Shipping.
- We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
- The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond UPS's control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism / war.
- Please be sure you have provided DAYTIME contact information.

Shipping Options for Canada
Use of Products
- We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses (some restrictions apply).
- We do not ship to any other international destinations. Canadian customers pay the exact cost of shipping.
- NOTE: When ordering online our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. Your card will be charged this amount. If the actual charge is less we will issue a refund to your card for the difference. If the actual charge exceeds this amount we will contact you.
- Duties, Taxes, and Fees due to your local government are not included in the rates above. These charges will be due at delivery. Check with your local Customs Office for more information.
- Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate.
- We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail (may be transferred to Canada Post or other local carriers).
- You pay the exact cost of shipping your International Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping costs vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged the average cost of shipping based on the destination and service selected. If your cost exceeds the "average" by more than 10% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges. Canadian customers are responsible for all Canadian Taxes at delivery.
All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
Returns & Exchanges
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
- Please email us or call us at 1-800-624-6378 in case of damaged or lost shipments.
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. After this date the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Please insure all returned goods for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS / FedEx or insured Parcel Post to the address below. We recommend UPS / FedEx be used on high value items as the Post Office lacks accurate tracking and delivery confirmation. If you ship via the post office we suggest delivery confirmation with a signature required.
If making an EXCHANGE, regular shipping charges will apply. If you enclose payment with your return, please note that we do not accept personal checks.
- Returning Restricted Shipping Items: Blanks, Primers, Poppers, Launcher Loads and other items containing powder or similar materials cannot be shipped via the US Mail or by any Air Service. Please return these items using UPS Ground. Blank Pistols cannot be shipped via US Mail. Please return these using UPS Ground or Air Service.

- With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, phone number, email address (if available), a copy of your invoice, and an explanation of what you want done with your return, e.g. refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.

- Credit card orders are accepted on-line or by phone.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.
- We accept PAYPAL.
- Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted.
- All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders or in U.S. funds.
- We DO NOT accept personal checks.

- Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from Gun Dog Supply over the internet, you are connected to a secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.
- Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox users should see the LOCK (secure) symbol when you check out.
- Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.
- Please note: free shipping on certain internet specials and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

- When you order by mail, please be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available).
- Include $5.95 to cover standard shipping on all orders totaling less than $125.
- Outside the 48 States? Please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order. You may send payment by credit card or money order.

ORDERING WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
- Online orders need to include credit card account information so that the order can be processed online.
- Your credit / debit card will be charged the full amount of your order.
- A refund will be issued to your card for the amount of the gift certificate.
- NOTE: Refunds may take a few days to be processed and posted back to your card.
- If you prefer you may place your order by telephone to avoid this activity on your card.
- Internet orders please list club/chapter name, dollar amount, and the GDS-number under the "Comments" field.
