The Dogtra 280 is the next step up from the 300M. The biggest advantage that it has over the 300M is the LCD screen that shows your level. This allows you to see what correction level the transmitter is on with a quick glance.

You also get a 3 bar battery level indicator that shows how much of a charge you have left in the transmitter.

Dogtra 280 NCP Platinum 1-dog

The Dogtra 280 is the next step up from the 300M.

The 1/2-mile range Dogtra 280 NCP Platinum is gentle enough for even the most mild mannered dogs, and includes many of the features of Dogtra's pro-line collars. The 280NCP features an LCD screen to easily set and control stimulation levels. Also available as the 282NCP 2-dog model.

Rheostat dial allows gradual increases in stimulation with no jumps between levels (0-127)

1/2-mile range

Nick and Continuous stimulation, plus non-stimulating vibration (pager)

Rechargeable, user-replaceable Ni-MH batteries

Fully waterproof collar/receiver and transmitter

Blue LCD screen displays exact level of stimulation and can easily be seen in dark or low light conditions

Three bar battery life indicator and LED colored indicator to show remaining battery life
