I'm 11 days in on this program for a 3+ yr old GSP. I have him on an accelerated curve. We are up to track 5 with no reaction. I've noticed he seems happier when we work, too. Exposure to your Gunshy Cure CD seems, at times, to have a settling effect on him, and at others, that exuberant puppy side. I'm loving the whole system, and Nym and I are having a great time!

I am using the CD now. The dogs are having gun shots over their head and they are lounging around, two were even napping. I play the music CD often just to settle the dogs down now. Thank you for putting so much thought into this process.

Great outcome! I went from a dog that would run from gun fire to a dog that loves to hunt.

As usual, not disappointed. The staff there offered their honest opinion and helped me with the purchase. The CD is good. It can define fly help. A real good aid.

Using the kennel calming tape has helped with my noise sensitive pup.

We are only early on in the conditioning of the gunshy CD, but so far Wyatt is totally undisturbed by the gunshots. I am taking my time with this program for him, often adding an extra day to the recommended 3 days and at least 3-4 listening sessions per day, and when possible have played the CD outside, so he hears the gunfire. So far, it's great. I'll report back later when we are into the program more than 1/2 way. Keeping my fingers crossed for super results!

So far it is great. I will have a better opinion after completion of the series.

I purchased this product in hopes of curing my one year old gun shy Lab . YES , His gun shyness was created from a human mistake !! This problem was created from a New Year's Eve celebration with fire works when he was crated inside the house a 100 yards away from the celebration outside and YES I take full credit for this accident ! Sorry for the long read but I wanted to back up the issue of fire works and not all dogs mix ! So about this product , I would give it a thumbs up it has turned my dog around to the point that 410 gauge does not affect him at all . We are still working thru this program but I have NO doubt that it will correct his issues a 100%.

Steve, me and my wife were skeptical at first, and then I tried your CD. I did everything the CD told me to do, so I need to tell the story. I bought (Crew) a used German short hair being 4 years young. I had a feeling he may be gun shy after talking to his previous owner, and being a used dog and all. First I brought out my shotgun into the front room, and he headed for the dog door. So I ordered your gun shy CD. Now he eats cheese right off my shotgun. After following the lessons to a T and reintroducing him to my shotgun and gunfire and 6 trips hunting wild ringnecks and plenty of long and missed shots and few downed birds, Crew is one happy dog and love's to hunt with no fear of gun shots and mutable shots. Just started using the CD on my 8 month GSH. She is doing well with the CD so far. Received it promptly after ordering it.

This is a very helpful tool. My dog was not completely gun shy; he was more nervous. We would be out in a field, and he would hear a gun and get nervous. Then he would stay right by my side for the rest of the hunt. I've used this CD, but I am not finished yet. He seems to be handling it pretty good. This product is very time consuming. It's not just something you can play and walk away.

Bought these movies out of curiosity as an off season conditioning tool, but surprisingly it seems effective. These would be great to play for young gundog to help calm and slowly introduce gunfire. Kennel calm is a great addition too, songs help calm and relax the dog. Overall it's a good product,.

Read and follow the instructions, and the CD set works. I was given a Pointer that was noise sensitive, and the previous owner had given up on the dog. I put this dog through the process as outlined and have been shooting pheasants over him this season. The dog continues to get better at ignoring the noises around him, and I continue to follow the outlined instructions.

Dogs were getting nuts due to any shooting or a thunderstorm. After several runs of the Gunshy cure audio they got MUCH better.

We have only used a month so far but it seem to be working

I bought this for a dog that had became guyshy after a bad hunting trip. I didn't think I would ever be able to hunt her again. She is a real nice rabbit dog and I figured it couldn't hurt anything to give this a try. I did everything just like the instructions said and during the process she seemed calmer and more relaxed. After having finished the CDs I took her out and gave her the final test with a 20 gauge, and she passed with flying colors. We shot the gun just as she was passing through running a rabbit, and she didn't even flinch; she did not pay us any attention at all. Hi Steve, I purchased the Masters Voice Gunshy Cure CD set for my vizsla earlier this year from your website. She is now 2 years old. Last year, even at the sound of a gunshot a half mile away, she would either be hiding or run back and sit under the truck. I tried a number of things to ease her fears (she was so scared, the site of me holding a gun would send her running). I spent about 3 weeks working with her every day with this system, and I am amazed to say she is 100% CURED of this phobia. She is now hunting like a champ, and has no fear, even when we fire shots with her only a few feet away! In fact she got us 4 pheasant roosters today! Thanks so much for this wonderful product! I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I just wanted you to know that, in spite of my doubts about curing a gun-shy dog with a CD, I decided to try it anyway and ordered it, probably about a year ago. I have a little German wirehair who had been spooking out in the field and running for the truck when the guns were brought out...not even fired, even though we did all the pup prep when he was little and had him working in the field at 6 months. He did get lost for about four days when he was 8 months old though, and by the time we found him he was almost feral...and fearful of everything. I played the Gun Shy Cure for him every day during his calm time after a big run, working it up through the stages as recommended. After he was comfortable with the first few I also placed the gun along side him in his bed. Eventually I put guns all over the place, he had to step over them to get out of bed, then I would raise the gun (unloaded of course) and point it out the window while the CD was playing. After playing through the CD, which I did over a couple of months...we started shooting out in the yard: He likes to be let out of the fenced area to run around our place while we are outside (we have 10 acres out in the country). I would get him really, really excited at the gate then not let him out until my husband fired a gun, starting with a small one and working up to a shotgun, moving closer as he was more comfortable. After a while he didn't even wince....then we started over on the bird work......he is now ok with just my husband and I out hunting, but still tentative if other hunters are around so we are working on that......
