The Hound Heater I (5.5" x 5.5" x 7.5") and Hound Heater II (slightly smaller at 5.5" x 5.5" x 5.5") produce dry, reliable heat for your dog.
When it's zero degrees Farenheit outside, the dog house will stay around 40-degrees F. Mmmm. When you have a fur coat, that's warm!
Dog House Heaters work! The Hound Heater has been designed with safety, simplicity and efficiency in mind.
These dog house heaters are built to heat an average size dog house (typically around 16 cubic ft. 48"L X 24"T X 24"W) with a 100 watt light bulb or a Ceramic Emitter (sold separately).
Your dog's house will stay toasty warm at a comfortable temperature when the outside temperature is below freezing, keeping your pet warm and comfortable.
Hound Heater is super strong and will last for many years because it's made out of 18 gauge galvanized metal (unlike your traditional mat heaters). The Hound Heater Dog House Heater has a one year manufacturer's warranty.
The Hound Heater fits in most any doghouse. The overall dimensions of the Hound Heater 1 are a compact 5.5" x 5.5" x 7.5", so this doghouse heater doesn't take any sleeping space from your dog when properly installed in an upper corner of the doghouse.
Changing out the Hound Heater's bulb is quick and easy with the lock system's simple thumb screw. This dog house heater is safe and easy to install.
Have a large dog house? The maximum amount of space per heater is 32 cubic feet, so if your dog house's roof height exceeds 3 feet it does not work as well. If you have a larger area, multiple dog house heaters may be installed. We recommend that a Thermo Cube be used to help regulate the temperature and save energy.

The unit will stay at a constant 130 degrees when the outside temperature is below freezing, keeping your pet warm and comfortable. The best part is, it is so safe and easy to install. It is made out of 18 ga. galvanized metal so it is super strong and will last for many years, unlike your traditional mat heaters.
The overall dimensions of the product are 5.5" x 5.5" x 7.5". When properly installed in an upper corner of the house, it doesn't take up any laying space for your animal. The lock system is a simple thumb screw, so changing out the bulb is quick and easy. I've tried the rest so I designed the best!!!
HOUND HEATER TESTIMONIALS
"I received my Hound Heater yesterday and installed it today. I had a commercial thermostat and attached it to that. I have it set at 48 degrees. ... It works great with the 105 watt ceramic heater. I installed it with the thumb screw down, making a vent up and down. I could feel the heat coming out the top vent. It will be a gradual heat and I guess that is best.
"Believe it or not, it is not unusual for it to get to -5, -10 degrees at night here in late Jan-Feb. I've tried them all, mats, ceramic forced air heaters, etc. but this is the best idea I have seen in years, no moving parts and nothing to clog up. I plan to tell all my dog friends about it. Most use a spot light but say the dogs don't like to go in the house due to the bright light. This is great with the ceramic heat element, no light and plenty of heat..." thanks again, Jim Ridgway
