I'm really happy with my TruMotion dog ladder so far! Gun Dog Supply did their part and got it to me in 3 days for over $20 less than a large chain outdoor retailer that will remain unnamed. My lab mix is a really big dog weighing in at around 110 lbs, yet this dog ladder stands up to his weight without any sign of strain. He took to it immediately and climbed right up even though he has never used other dog ladders. The nice thing about it is that it connects easily to the back of my boat right next to the motor and stays on solid. I can't wait for the season to start!

Gun Dog Supply shipped without delay. Great service. The package arrived damaged and some of the finish was damaged, no big deal. The only thing i did not like about the ladder is the thumb screws provided to lock the parts that are suppose to hook the rail of the boat. Once i figured out the height and all i drilled and put in a bolt to ensure that it would not come apart when the dog is on the ladder.

This ladder is to slick and too short. Does not provide a dog any traction. If your hunting in water that more than a couple a feet deep, forget it, your dog will not be able to get up the ladder. I used the ladder for the framework to build a ramp that would work. Used plywood and 1x2 slats to make it work. Save your mony, do not buy this product!

All of the adjustable screw pins stripped. My dog will not use it because of the holes in the aluminum. Piece of crap.
