Received the crate today. Much better construction than all other plastic crates we've had. Granted a bit more money than other plastic crates but once you see one you'll agree it's worth it. Most secure door I've seen and prevents the "Houdini" trick of my lab pulling the door in to get himself out. I can see I'll have this crate for many years.

This Kennel is exactly what I was looking for. I needed to reclaim the back seat of my truck. I love my dogs but they like to swim in the summer and I don't like that smell every time I get in the truck to go somewhere. I have 2 large kennels and used the coupling kit and tie-down kit to secure them in the box of the truick. Excellent value for the your money!! The Construction and design definatley has the dog owner in mind. Second to None

The Ruff Tough Kennels Large Dog Crate is made from high quality plastic and molded into a single piece for added strength. This kennel will withstand the abuse of trainers, handlers, hunters, and guides.

Torture Testing: The Ruff Tough Kennel was dropped from a height of twelve feet with no noticeable effect. After four drops the kennel showed only scratches and stains from the concrete and grass. No splits or cracks were evident. The Ruff Tough Kennel was fired at with a full choke charge of number 6's from about 15 paces, and only a handful of pellets penetrated. The rest were buried in the material, meaning it will protect your dog from stray pellets in the field.
