NOTE: Color may vary. Standard Pigeon Hobble .--> Use to restrain and manually "launch" a pigeon. Attach to both of the pigeon's legs using slip knots. Place bird in cover and allow dog(s) to approach. Once dog is on point, and backing dogs have settled, have an assistant wave the bird once or twice and toss it into the air to force it to fly. Pigeon should fly a short distance but tire quickly because of the weight of the hobble. If you have a strong flier you can secure additional weight using the holes in the opposite end of the hobble.
