The collar seems to be working fine. One of the collars needed to cut and adjust the pre-punch holes about a 1/4 inch because it would not line up with the strap.

It's fine. Last year I bought the original Garmin replacement strap which came with replacement screws treated with thread lock and zip ties to attach the antenna to the strap. This new replacement strap did not have these little extras. Not a deal breaker, just causes and extra trip to the hardware store for thread lock and zip ties.
