The collar arrived earlier than estimated. It is precisely as the description says and the picture is true representation of the product. It feels A bit heavy and is rough, so I'll be using a soft towel lining it for comfort, but it is designed to prevent the dog reaching for areas s/he shouldn't. If you'll be lining it, be sure to order the right size. Overall, quality and delivery surpassed my expectations.

This collar is well made and covers my dog's entire neck. I got it because one of my dogs has issues and attacks her sister occasionally. So far the collar hasn't been put to the test (thank goodness) but I feel much better knowing poor Lucy's neck is protected if her sister decides to freak out. Well worth the low price.

I purchased the collars because my dogs were fighting with each other so that way it would protect their necks when I wasn't at home to keep an eye on them and I do believe they work very well.

The 4 inch Overkill Nylon Hog Collar is an excellent protection for my Siberian Husky's neck. The collar is well made from sturdy material that completely covers and protects the entire neck of my dog. My Siberian Husky, Bella likes to play with my daughter's German Shepherd, Sitka and they play rough. During a play time for the 2 dogs, Bella was bitten in the neck by Sitka. She had to have staples in her neck. To avoid this ever happening again, I knew she needed protection if she was ever going to play with Sitka again. I researched a suitable protective collar for her to wear. I purchased the 4inch Nylon Hog Dog Collar. It is the BEST! I never expected such a well made collar. If I were able to make a protective collar for my dog, the 4 inch Overkill Nylon Hog Dog Collar would be what I would make. I really like it. It will last for years.

I bought this collar to use it with Bike Tow Leash, an attachment that allows my dog to run as I bike. Bike Tow Leash is meant to be used with a dog collar but my dog could easily stretch the collar and it just looked uncomfortable. Harnesses did not work because he could back out of them. I found this and its perfect. It is comfortable for Brutus and is easy to put on. It provides him with a more comfortable run and it does not slip like a collar or harness. The construction on this is top notch. Shipment was also fast. Great product.
