WHITE Avery PerfectHold HexaBumper Retriever Dummy

Our 1 year old Chessie has destroyed at least 3 different bumper toys, and this one seems like it will hold up for a while! Love the quality of the material and the unique shape.

Love these bumpers. Dogs are able to get a good proper hold on them. Bought these for my friend's two Goldens who is just learning field. They love them too.

This retriever dummy is a favorite of my Labrador. Swimming and retrieving this dummy are her favorite activities.

Great tool to help correct a improper hold. Rope is a bit short, but that's an easy fix.

I have tried many different bumpers, and so far this bumper is the best I have come across. Solid construction, a good weight, and the PerfectHold design helps my dogs develop a proper hold. Additionally, the orange bumpers seem to maintain a strong orange color where other brands have faded quickly. Great product!

Purchased both orange and white hexabumpers for lining drills. A quality product perfect for the drill. The shape encourages the dog to hold them in the center.

Our dogs are companions, not hunting dogs. These bumpers are among the most durable items that we have found for recreational retrieving in the water and out in the field. In our experience, items from Gun Dog Supply of of excellent quality and shipping is always immediate. Highly recommend!

More expensive but worth it! I like the weight to these for the retrieve as well as the toss, the hexagonal bump promotes proper mouth pickup rather than "Cigaring" from the end. Dogs don't see colors like we do, only contrast. So for the dog this is easier to find than the blaze in my opinion. The contrast works well for water/land/snow retrieves. Nice the rope is this way as well. Only improvement would be to dip the knot in rubber. The knot at end is cut with heat and melted on the end so does not fray but has sliced my thumb open when throwing. Not an issue for the dog.

My dog always grabs the middle like he's supposed to. I did remove the rope to keep him picking it up by the rope.

This is a nice addition to my pile of bumpers. I needed something to encourage a good hole instead of a dog that wants to "cigar" all of his deliveries. The hot weather here in the Northwest has prevented my from putting them to the test.

Great Bumper I use it often and it promotes proper holding of the bird. I also use it on the table when I start working the trained retrieve.

Good product, I use it in my force fetch . Its weighted just a little and makes the dog have to hold it in the middle. I also like the black and white makes it easier for the dog to mark in the water.

Well made. Slightly larger and heavier than a "standard" dummy. Helped with proper holding.

This bumper did exactly as I had hoped and intended. The design of this bumper makes it difficult to grip the large hexagonal ends, and difficult to retrieve holding onto the ends due to the weight. Good product for sure!

My dock dogs absolutely love this bumper. It is a perfect weight to throw and the smaller center enables them to catch it in the air more frequently.
