HI just want to let you know I'm sending back replacement battery because when I try to put it in I broke prong on the collar unit, I had to purchase another collar. The person I talk to said that I had to get the Delta SE collar because they don't make my collar anymore I have the Delta XC they said it is compatible with delta xc handheld device. The only thing that I could say is maybe a little instruction how to put it in .

Quick shipment and worked great. Make sure you don't ruin the gasket that seals the collar or lose the screws if the ears break off. White clip pries up and does not pull out when you are changing the battery.

Every few days I have to remove the battery and reinstall it, or it won't take a charge. Apparently the wiring is faulty. I'm getting by with it, but this Garmin is not up to the Tri-tronic's quality.
