Amazing customer service

I have my silver labrador in an incredible training program, which utilizes the Dogtra iQ Plus collar and I lost my remote! The program wasn't able to provide a replacement of just the remote so I was thrilled to find it from Gun Dog Supply! I received it quickly, and it's exactly what I needed. I reached out once about the shipping time frame and received a very kind email immediately answering my question. I will absolutely order from this company again!

Quick and easy replacement transmitter

After our old transmitter was run over and finally bit the dust we needed another one but didn't want to replace the receiver portion as well.
Gun Dog Supply had exactly what we needed! The ordering process was easy and the product came super quick! I looked up a YouTube video on how to pair the new transmitter with the old receiver and in seconds we were up and running again!
I would definitely use Gun Dog Supply again! Great products and great to work with.

Love it as soon as I figured out how to sync the transmitter to the collar. I called Dogtra and they added a couple of things I didn't see in the book. I had to go on Internet to copy the manual. Even with the extra steps, I love this and my dog, Rudy has been trained using this.

This product saved my dog's life. He is super fast and would dart out the door at every chance playing the 'you can't catch me' game. He had no knowledge of cars and traffic and ran straight out onto busy streets at full speed. Now he is totally under control, and when he starts to chase a cat or other dog, we just say sit, and he stops and sits.

I lost the transmitter for my Dogtra shock collar. I ordered from this website and had it delivered in 4 days. The product works great, and it's only a few simple steps to sync the transmitter to the collar. Directions were not included in the box, but I called, and they emailed me a website on how to do it. They were very helpful!
