I had an older style transmitter that I lost in the grouse woods. With a little research and help from Gun Dog Supply I was able to purchase this transmitter which works great with my 2 collar system. My loss turned out to be a good thing.

It works just fine as a two dog transmitter. I have had the 2005T&B and have the 2007T&B and am using this as a second for when my wife and I hunt dogs separately. The Dual trasnmitter has the "locate" button on the bottom, which is the "constant" button on the others. The top button on the others is the "locate" and the top on the Dual is the "nick-constant". It would have been good to have the top button on all be the same.The screen is nearly impossible to read in direct sunlight.Of course, having the two completely separate controls for each dog is fine.
