Dokken Double Rope Super Dummy

Tracks K9 Club used the Dokken Double Rope Super Bumper at all our events in the Fetch It division it's a fantastic product that we will use !!

We entered our chocolate lab in dock dog competitions last summer. The best advice we received was to use Dokken bumpers. The double rope allows us to work with him in the backyard for all events. He's starting to get the hang of it.

This is a special bumper that's great for DockDiving dogs!! It's used in one organization's event so is great to practice with! Very soft on the mouth, easy to throw. Two strips of black duct tape on it make it easily seen in outdoor or indoor pools. Suggestion... If your dog holds it while shaking its head around, the knots on the ends can whip around & create sores on ears (labs), so untie the knots. Hope they continue to be available!!

This is the dummy used for Dock Dogs extreme vertical competition. My dog prefers a canvas dummy if given the choice, but these would probably be her next choice over plastic/rubber. It's sturdy enough for strictly retrieving/EV, but does not hold up well if she stops to try and chew it on the way back or sneaks it out of the gear bag. Not too expensive to replace even if it does get damaged- I usually buy a few at a time.

Needed a better toy to toss and trainer recommended this bumper.Nice is soft and light and my dog Magic loves it. Added some Blue and yellow stripes.

Great product , holds up well under normal training conditions. Will definitely purchase again .

This product was perfect! It arrived in a timely manner and has been put to good use with my dogs.

This is a good bumper that throws well and (if your careful) will last a long time. It is not built for tugging or being chewed on; but it is pretty resistant to the chomping some dogs will do when in drive and fetching a toy. I am not training bird dogs, I am using my dogs drive to train & exercise them. The retrieve is a reward. When you first get this, it is very light; but after some use it soaks up water and throws really easily. It is also soft so if you do retrieves on land the chance of your dog catching it on a bad bounce and hurting their teeth is almost non-existent. I have noticed some of the other bumpers get VERY hard during cold weather and this can lead to damaged teeth if you play retrieve on land and the bumper bounces. This one is very safe in that regard.They do stain after some use; but as long as you don't play tug or let your dog sit and chew on it they seem to last a long time.

My dog LOVES LOVES this bumper for dock diving!! We add magnets to the rope end knots to hang on the extreme vertical poles. Works perfectly. The dummy or "bumper" is the perfect weight and my dog can grab it without tearing it apart. The only one I use to train my dogs for EV.
