More about Gun Dog Supply than the battery, which worked out great. I'd put a P. O. Box as my address and they emailed and then made a follow up call so UPS could deliver it without any delays. I'd placed the order after hours and they contacted me first thing the next morning. They are a GREAT and highly professional business.

Needed it fast. I was in South Dakota pheasant hunting over the weekend. Had a veterans hunting trip, that I was volunteering for, coming up on Wednesday. Ordered Saturday night received Tuesday morning.

I was searching for a replacement battery for one of our Garmin Alpha 100 transmitter units. We bought it used, and the current battery was not holding a long enough charge, or as long as our other Garmin Alpha 100 unit. I searched on Amazon first and of course, they had batteries. But I could not find one close to the original battery. My wife suggested Gun Dog Supply since we ordered quality products from them before. My wife was right -- Gun Dog had the one I was looking for! I ordered the battery right away. Shipping was fast! Given the holidays we have not yet tried the battery but I am 100 percent sure the older unit will be lasting as long as a new one again!

Great quick service! My original battery in my Alpha 100 wasn't lasting as long as it used too. Its over 5 years old. This new battery brought it back to like new.

The Garmin Alpha 100 is again working.I am glad the problem was just the battery. The old battery lasted 4 1/2 years.The battery goes into the easy to access compartment on the back.Do not remove any screws. (Only remove the 6 screws on the collar).Garmin Alpha 100, and collars are the BEST!Thanks, Boatman

I feel it's necessary to have a spare (back up) battery for my Alpha 100. I use it often and the last thing I want is to loose power. I rely on this unit to track my dogs, Mark Waypoints, track my routs, etc., so having a spare battery is important if you use your unit as much as I do!

Charges quickly last a long time I use it every day.
