Release the other two buttons when the message, "This will remove all saved user data.....?" appears 6. Touch erase 7. To perform the master reset: 1. Turn off your Astro ![]() 3. Power on the Astro 4. Release the power button ![]() 6. Release the Map and Enter buttons and select "yes" 7. Leave your Astro outside with a clear view of the sky for a minimum of 20 minutes to acquire satellite data Your Astro is now reset and ready for use. Master Reset for T20 and TT25 Dog CollarsIf your T20 or TT25 collar is failing to operate as expected, corrupt data may be the cause. Performing a master reset will reset the collar to factory settings and clear data, resolving issues caused by corrupt data.On your Alpha or Astro dog tracking handheld: Remove the collar from the dog list. (Does not apply to Pro 550 Plus) To perform a master reset: ![]() 2. Disassemble and remove any Y-splitter cable (the part that allows you to charge two devices at once). 3.
