We're gonna dig into a couple products here that are very common products that we use in the field, but it's important that we take the time to get our dogs conditioned to them in training. We preach a lot, practice how you play. So we need to practice first before we go and put our dogs in a game time situation with a new product like this. Steve Snell

Good quality, nice features.

This blind is terrific for my 3 yr old 56 lbs Lab. We're both new to duck hunting. The quality is rugged, and features are well thought out. Took about 2 weeks to train her, in small incremental steps, to get in and stay in. (Meal times are great motivators). Now she gets in quickly and stays happily.

Field House Dog Blind

This was referred to me by a friend of mine. I am very happy with it. This off-season I spent time training my young Lab and he has taken to it very well. I'm looking forward seeing him in the field with it this fall. Also gun dog supply is a great company to order from.

Great Blind! Good for unsteady dogs
January 29, 2024
Easy to use, deploy and take down, lightweight for transporting to/from the car when hunting. The welded metal frame makes it seem like it is a solidly built blind. I have a dog that breaks before being released, the zippers on the doors help me to keep him contained until I want him to make a retrieve. He is a 70 lb dog, and the blind took some getting used to, the height leaves a little bit to be desired, though I understand part of the point is for it to be low-profile. After doing a couple training sessions with some treats, he got the hang of it, and even took a few naps in it while hunting recently. The raised floor in the blind seems very comfortable for him. Overall, would highly recommend.

Small Labrador loves it!

Very pleased with this purchase. Haven't had it in the field yet but ran through some training drills with the pup in the backyard yesterday and she fits perfectly. I will warn you that she is a very small lab, about 50 lbs and she fits in this thing perfect but any bigger dogs probably wont fit. I like that is sits up off the ground. I hunt from the edge of flooded fields primarily for ducks and geese and this will get her up out of the water. Perfect for my set up. Product is light and seems to be built of quality materials. Good buy with free shipping from our friends at Gundogsupply!

Smaller than I thought

Took awhile to get my 85:pound Curly Coated Retriever to go in, but, once he got in there appears to be plenty of room. It's a bit short and makes it difficult for him to get in but he's young and should be fine for now. Can't wait to get out in the field with it

FieldHouse orthopedic dog blind by MOmarsh
July 27, 2021
My 2 year old high energy retriever took a nap in her new dog blind. She thinks it is so comfortable that she gets in it every time we go in the garage. My dog hunts from a remote dog blind and this new blind is the answer. The short legs keep her out of the mud and water and the bed is much better than her old blind that sat directly on the ground. Also, the doorways on each end have zippers and ties to customize the openings.

Comfort and Concealment

Gets the dog up off the ground and gives them a place to hide and hold steady. My young dog has been doing great in this blind. Makes it so much easier to handle. The blind is super convenient. It folds flats and sets up in seconds.
