I ordered the 4oz bottle of squirrel scent to help me train my 6 month old mountain cur puppy Otis wasn't sure what to expect from scent in a bottle but was pleasantly surprised it work got him trailing the scent to the tree where I place a squirrel tail in a the tree. Gun dog supply sent my order fast with no hassle. I would recommend this product and would order it again

I operate a nuisance wildlife removal company. I was having trouble on a job site catching squirrels that had become trap shy from previous trapping efforts from the property owners. I purchased this training scent with the hopes it would get the squirrels comfortable with coming in the traps. I used a dab on each trap and immediately started catching multiple squirrels a day. This stuff is good enough to fool the real thing. I'm sure it is good enough to train your hounds.Chris M.

My dogs love it. Nice product. My Original Mountain Cur actually ran down wind and ran straight to the training dummy. If it didn't take so much I would give it a 5 star rating.

Not sure what scent a squirrel leaves on the ground, but this stuff did not smell like any squirrel I have ever handled. I put some on his favorite dummy as instructed. The dog just looked at me and now he will not play with it anymore. I have an old squirrel hide that I use, and he seems to track it. So it might work for other dogs but not mine.
