Returns are EASY at Gun Dog Supply

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we want to make it right. You can exchange your item for another that will fit your needs better, or you can return it for a full refund. Simply return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. After this date, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Exchanges | Shipping Restrictions

1. Download and print a copy of our RETURN LABEL
2. Fill out the Return/Exchange section on page 2
3. Carefully repackage your item, ideally in the same box in which you received it
4. Please enclose a copy of your invoice along with your completed Return/Exchange Form from step 2
5. Attach the Return Address Label section (page 1) to the outside of the box and check "Exchange" or "Refund"
6. Be sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels
7. We recommend shipping via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post (if you ship USPS we recommend delivery confirmation with signature required)
8. Please insure all returns for the full retail price (we can't be responsible for returned items lost in shipment)

Exchanges:

If making an exchange, regular shipping charges will apply to the replacement item. Please note that we do not accept personal checks for payment.

Returning Restricted Shipping Items:

Blanks, primers, poppers, launcher loads, and other items containing powder or similar materials cannot be shipped via the US Mail or by any Air Service. Please return these items using FedEx or UPS Ground.

Blank pistols cannot be shipped via US Mail. Please return these using FedEx or UPS.

Electronic items containing Lithium-Ion (Li-ion) batteries must have special labeling if shipped via US Mail.
