I had ordered 2 early in January, but when I got to my camp in Mississippi, there had only been one shipped. I hunted from Tuesday 1/21 to Sunday 1/26, but on return to my office on Monday 1/27, I called your customer service line and explained the situation that I believed I had only been shipped one rather that the 2 I ordered. I did mention that I had my UPS shipping manifest that reflected a shipped weight of 2.1 lbs, which seemed to imply only one had in effect been shipped. Your customer service representative said while she appreciated my offer of scanning and e-mailing my UPS receipt, that wouldn't be necessary. She assured me that another would be shipped and agreed to send it to my home rather than duck camp. About 3 hours later, I received notice from UPS of a pending shipment. One simple, friendly phone call, verification of what my problem was, what I thought the resolution should be, and a friendly assurance that it would be done. Your customer service representative is the hero here. She could have required my receipt, which I gladly would have sent, yet I believe she distilled our conversation, and as in my business (luxury automotive sales) had better things to do than scam Gun Dog Supply for a jerk string. Works great. Is very compact and easy to set out. If you are setting this up from a boat, be careful not to over stress the line. The shock cord is the weak link, and mine broke when wind blew us away from the decoys. I was lucky to get it back. I now have the 100 feet of line wrapped around a small capped empty plastic bottle, so it will float if I have to release it.JFS
