Heads up: Add to Cart may not work in Safari Private Browsing. Use regular Safari or another browser.
Safari Private Browsing and Add to Cart
Safari Private Browsing can block the cookies our cart needs. If you’re in Private mode on iPhone, Add to Cart may not work. Use a normal Safari tab or another browser.
Heads up: If the address bar is dark and “Private” is highlighted, you’re in Private mode. Switch to a normal tab and try again.
Why doesn’t Add to Cart work in Private mode?
Private mode blocks cookies and tracking tech.
Our cart uses cookies to save items.
No cookies → no cart.
How do I switch to a normal Safari tab on iPhone?
Open Safari.
Tap the Tabs button (two overlapping squares).
If Private is highlighted, swipe/tap to [x] Tabs or Start Page.
Tap Done.
You’re now in a normal tab. Add to Cart should work.
I want to stay private. Any options?
Keep shopping in a normal Safari tab, or use another browser (Chrome or Firefox). Private mode in Safari blocks the cart.
Still blocked in a normal tab? Check these iPhone settings
Open Settings › Safari.
Confirm Block All Cookies is off (on some iOS versions: Settings › Safari › Advanced).
If issues remain, try turning Prevent Cross-Site Trackingoff temporarily, then retry Add to Cart.
Re-enable privacy options after checkout if you like.
Will the cart work after I switch?
Yes. In a normal Safari tab (or another browser), you can add items and check out.
