My dog ate the transmitter!

After my dog chewed off the antenna of the transmitter, I ordered a replacement. It arrived promptly and by following the directions, I was able to link it to my previously purchased receptor collar. I was always hesitant to use a ecollar for my dog, but she was such a bad "counter surfer" and jumper, nothing I tried could break her of the behavior. Now after only a few weeks, with a low stimulus, her behavior has improved significantly. I use the collar judiciously, and only when I see the unwanted behavior, but it has been well worth the price.

Exactly what I needed!

We had previously purchased a collar/transmitter together. Our transmitter took a ride on the bobcat tire and was crushed. Ordered this new transmitter which delivered in only a couple days and was insanely easy to connect to my existing collar (seriously took less than 5 seconds to connect and we were good as new)

Replaced Remote

After 4 years, still unsure as to why our remote was no longer working. But, so glad that we were able to replace it without having to buy another transmitter too. It was delivered in a timely manner and we were able to pair it easily with our existing transmitter. Our dog responds very well to it.
