Quail harness with buckle

Much better design than the previous harness I purchased. The buckle is a little more of a challenge to secure on a lively bird, but the harness stays on much better than the previous version with velcro.i

Head opening very tight, while secure it is a bit rough on the quail initially.

Bird on a string

I am very satisfied with this harness. The way it fits allows the birds to be able to walk and flap their wings (fly). I attach a string to keep them from getting away and also to pick them up and move them; with them flapping the whole way. Going to probably get another one or two of these.

Pros

Birds can walk and flap wings.

Cons

Hole for head is a little tight on my Georgia Giant Bobwhite.
