Hanging on belt is better than around my neck, and with an additional lanyard as a backup, gives me the confidence to watch the dog and know the remote will be in the same place I left it as needed.

Loved this holster till the snaps came undone in thick cover and I lost my my handheld. If you carry it around your belt and the restraining snaps are are accidentally opened all bets are off and the receiver easily slips out. VERY EXPENSIVE design flaw. Had to cut a trip out west short because of the loss. My 550 and the snap strap is still laying in this field somewhere!!!

Snap at bottom comes undone to easily when walking through bush.

Wife prefers this style of holster while running the dogs. Works well.

I was hesitant about a holster that holds the transmitter upside down and just has a belt loop attachment. I brought this to a week long hunt in northern Michigan to give it a try. I loved it! You can use the tone button without looking to turn your dog or just a quick nick if needed. If my English Setter is out of sight I can just grab the hand held and swing it up to look at the screen on the 550 pro plus, and then just let let it drop. I am right handed and just hang it on my right hip. Super easy to use as my left hand it usually carring my 20 gauge.

We've had many different handheld holsters none of them compare to the coyote leather holster. It never comes and snapped the handheld never falls out. Extremely durable easy to attach to a lanyard or to your belt or to your hunting vest. It does not cover up any part of the screen. Just a perfect design and not overly expensive

This is what you need if you have this controle

This holster is built well of quality leather. It fits the Pro 550 handheld well. The holster works as advertised but I wish it had some additional functionality. Sometimes I like to carry the handheld around my neck or cross body. I wish the holster incorporated a matching strap. If I run a neck strap through the belt loop of this holster it hangs too low. Like I said, it works as described and seems to be well built.

Works as described and very well made. I have no trouble plugging the transmitter in to charge as some have said.

Well made leather holster that allows transmitter to be easily carried with quick access. All transmitter functions are easy to use and see.

Having this holster makes hunting so much easier and hassle-free. Trying to handle dogs and my gun without having to worry about where I dropped my Garmin is wonderful!

The holster does everything that I needed for the 550+ remote. It is secure and right where I needed it without having to look for it. It keeps me on task for training my 4 English setters .

The Coyote leather holster is made with thick leather heavy duty stitching and heavy duty snaps. The pro 550+ fits perfectly in this holster. I bought two of these holsters but I doubt I'll ever use the second one because of the fine quality and workmanship.

Overall great product. Fits the unit well and allows access to all buttons. Also allows access to charging port while still on the unit. Heavy duty snaps that feel secure. I've found myself running through the woods a few times now and haven't had any issues with it getting in the way or feeling like it would come loose.
