The Dogtra Edge RT provides simple solutions for demanding and difficult training situations for both the serious amateur and the professional trainer. The RT handheld transmitter is designed to allow true one handed operation, letting you keep your focus on your dog, NOT your e-collar. Choose from 8 selectable levels of momentary and continuous stimulation, as well as non-stimulating vibration. The Edge RT has a 1-mile range and features a fully waterproof transmitter and receiver collar -- perfect for retrievers! Stimulation from the Dogtra Edge RT

• Tactile dial with clicks between levels allows you to raise and lower the stimulation level by feel without ever having to take your eyes off your dog
• 24 intensity levels plus non-stimulating vibration function let you to choose the stimulation that is best for your dog
• Stimulation levels can be quickly adjusted so you can instantly adjust intensity whenever distractions increase
• Teach yardwork/obedience and enforce known commands with lower levels of stimulation
• Use higher levels to stop unwanted chasing or to overcome strong distractions

Dogtra Edge RT Range

Collar range is up to 1 mile which is ample for most dog training or hunting situations. Maximum range is based on "line of sight." This means that to get the full range out of a system there should be nothing between the transmitter and the receiver, and the terrain should be flat and open. This isn't going to happen in most places that we spend time with our dogs. The range on all of the systems that we carry will vary depending on training conditions, including weather, terrain, and the presence of cover.

Remember, too much range will never hurt, but too little could be a problem.
