Measure Your Dog's Neck to ensure a proper fit.

• Use a measuring tape, cloth tape, or a piece of string (and measure the string).
  
• Measure your dog's neck where you want the collar to rest on the neck AND at the appropriate tightness.
  
• Once you have a measurement, refer to the Guide below to find the appropriate size.
  
• The neck size (NS) represents the measurement from the center of the buckle to the fourth adjustment hole.
  
• You can adjust 1-inch longer or 3-inches shorter. Keep in mind that using the shorter adjustment holes will leave more collar strap extending past the buckle.

These collars are great. Easy to clean, easy to punch holes for add on's and last trough a lot of punishment!! Highly visible and colorful. I use a color for different dogs.

The Biothane material is extremely durable. I use these colors to mount invisible fence transponders, preferably oven the invisible fence nylon colors.The material is strong enough to hold up to puppy tug o war.

Reflective collar with name and owner information

This collar is the 3rd one I have purchased from Gun Dog. It is sturdy, well-made, and I like the reflective material. The label with my dog's name and my phone number has helped us find our dog Rocky when he left the property during a snow storm.

I hesitated to purchase yet another collar. But upon recommendation from my dog trainer I purchased one from Gun Dog Supply. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

My collar came in bigger than I thought. I made another hole but still to big, I hope he grows into it. The rubber band that holds the end of the collar doesn't stay in place so have to reinsert it each day. Collar is good looking and flexible. We use a second collar for heel/leash walking so this one should last.Gary

I have gotten 3 of these. They're amazing!! The first 2 are very much in tact, which speaks to the product. I only had to buy new to refresh the reflector piece on there. Reasonable price for the best collar I have ever bought. Perfect for a lake dog.

This is a great option for water dogs especially, no dry time and love the reflective band. Very tough and wanted the buckle closure which is hard to find anymore.

This is the third collar I've ordered over the past 7 years for my field lab. I still have the leader one from 7 years ago and just recently replaced that one as well. The brass is well engraved on all collars. Buckles substantial enough to be easily workable with cold hands.

Eventually the reflective tape started to wear off and was looking kinda shabby, so I repurchased this. It's a great all-weather/condition collar, through water, brush, snow, heat. Probably outlast the dog

These are great collars - my second of this type. They don't stink. They don't stretch. They don't rot. They don't even get wet.The sizing is accurate and I recommend ordering large enough to buckle in the last 1-2 holes. This will give you a 'tail' long enough to tuck under the rubber keeper. If you buckle in the middle or first couple holes, the tail is too short to tuck and sticks out to interfere with the tracking collar, choke chain, etc.

I have ordered a number of these collars over the years with all of my hunting retrievers. Often multiple collars for different uses (i.e. at home, upland and waterfowl hunting). They are durable and the nameplate with contact info is very reassuring. I especially like the reflective collar (for home) as it is very visible in the dark when hit with car lights or a flashlight...

These collars are the only ones I've gotten for my Wirehaired Vizsla. I started her off with the hot pink biothane puppy collar and just got this one now that she is 7 months old. Quality, sturdy and waterproof—perfect for all the outdoor activities we do. The reflective collar is perfect as we frequently go out in the dark. I like that this is an American family-owned business too. :)
