I always order this particular orange collar for my dogs. We always have either 1 or 2 rescued dogs and spend a lot of time travelling between two states as well as running around in the woods. A bright orange collar is a necessity and these Big Dawg collars are the most incredibly heavy-duty durable collars I've ever found. Not only are they made in the USA, but they don't fade, crack, stretch, get brittle, or stink. The collars get washed right on the dogs when they're bathed and I never have to even think about them. Friends of mine have said they're on the expensive side, but what's your dog's life worth? Would you prefer to spend 4x as much buying several collars over the dog's lifespan? With the addition of the brass ID plates, these are the perfect link between you and your dog. Pay attention to the good advice on the site about what information should be put on the plate, and order an additional plate for more info and phone numbers. They rivet on, never come loose, and are indestructible. BTW, one of my dogs can pull like a locomotive (he bent a German Sprenger large pinch collar apart he pulled so hard before training). This is the only collar that he can't break. It's light and simple, but very, very solid. Did I mention it was Made in the USA by Americans?

This collar is great quality and it's impervious to the elements which is perfect for my water loving dog! And the engraved or stamped brass nameplate is very nice. Fifteen bucks? It's a bargain.

I love this collar. It fits my Vizslas neck better than those nylon ones. The color I chose is perfect for when he is in the woods.I love the feel of it and the best feature is the brass plate. There is no little tags hanging off and jingling which could distract my pup when he is given commands. My dogs trainer recommended gun dog supply because this is who he orders his collars from. Last but not least it is a perfect price point and tons of colors to choose from!! When our GSP gets done growing we will be purchasing her one.

We recently bought this collar for our GSP. He is a wild and adventurous boy. This collar is looks great and is buttery soft (right out of the box). We have bought him other more expensive collars that do not compare in quality or feel. The orange is bright and seems to be mildly reflective or somehow glowing during the day. Would be this collar again without hesitation.

This collar blew my expectations. Collar feels great and doesn't seem too be like those other cheap rubber ones. There is just something special about it, as well as the included tag that they let you custom engrave helped me convince my wife too get it done. 10/10 would buy again if I ever have too.

My 3 year old dog and I are both happy with her new collar! This is her 3rd Gun Dog collar. She grew out of her first 2 collars, which were blue. We both really like the hot pink color of this one.

This is the first collar like this I have ever gotten and I love it. Unfortunately my dog has a habit of rolling in anything that stinks. This collar is super easy to clean and doesn't soak up the bad smells. Plus the purple looks so good on her!

The collar is bright and flexible and easy to use. I appreciate the odor prevention and the strength. I have always placed a very high value on the riveted info plate... it helped years ago with a previous dog who let himself on an adventure while being dog sat!

Soft material and great price

Bought this collar for our other pup in pink and it has held up so great!! Our golden retriever is a year old and fully grown now so we got him an orange one to match!! Love the metal plate rather than a noisy tag and the bright colors are perfect for keeping an eye on them! - Archer loves it too!

My dogs have worn biothane collars for years now and they are the most durable I have seen . I even have a biothsne belt that I love. . Plus the price with the nameplate was very affordable

I recently bought an Orange Big Dawg collar and Leash for my Black Lab 8 month old puppy Harvey. Love them both! The heavy buckles and clips as well as the brass name plate are top notch. Gun Dog Supply is an outstanding store that I will definitely be buying from again!

We have wasted so much money on collars and leashes and been unhappy with them. We are active and our dog gets wet, muddy, and dirty. Every collar we have had either ends up stinking or is so disgusting we throw away. This one, we leave on and it's not given us any problems. Love it! I would never buy another collar again. In fact, I've told all my friends they should switch to this!

These collars are great! I've bought them in all sizes for my 2 girls and a set of them for the dogs I foster from the animal shelter, Barc, in Houston. They're tough and have stood up to a variety of spills, play styles, and mouthy puppies. I only use these for any dog in my house. They're the best and have the best customer service!I've attached how they look on my foster dogs so you can see how hi-vis they are for short hair, long/double coated, light, and dark dogs.

This collar is sturdy, well made, and arrives quickly.

I love using this collar and the plate with my puppy's information on it means i don't have to use tags that jingle all the time. It also takes a lot of the anxiety out of the chance she'll get out of the house somehow because even if she does she's still labeled and anyone who finds her can call me.

I love this collar. I have a 9 year old black lab who is an upland bird hunter. I have always purchased a blaze orange collar for visibility in the field. The woven collars don't stay bright. This collar does because of its impermeable surface. But it is not stiff. The name tag is bright and visible. Included picture shows my dog relaxing after a muddy hunt. The collar is still bright!

I purchased two of these collars (different sizes) for my GSP and Chocolate lab. The color looks amazing on them and the name plate is so unique. The material has withstood my dogs scratching at it and Roading alongside an ATV on muddy days. Both dogs are frequent swimmers too and the collar cleans beautifully. I will be purchasing more of these collars for my dogs!

I have a smaller Vizsla and the smallest size is still a tad big for her. She can still wear it just fine and the collar itself is very durable and easy to clean.
