I am actually using it on my working dog. I attach it to the collar and to the vest to have more support while walking, She's powerhouse strong. This double couple chain works very well for what I use it for. Excellent!

Do not like the s-links that connect the chains to the clip. Dogs will pull these apart but a simple fix other than that a great heavy duty coupler.
