Nelson Blue Devil Dog Bucket Water Heater for Kennels -- 50203

Previous I had a Nelson Blue Devil Model 30204 bird bath heater that I had for probably 30 years. It is not longer available and the other manufacturers brands that are now available seem very poorly made. I ordered this to use for my bird bath without using the stainless steel clamps supplied. It works perfectly and hopefully will last as long as the first one I had.

I have had many kinds of heaters to keep water open for the hounds in the past 40 years. while working away from home that was an absolute necessity. The Nelson Blue Devil 50203 was what best suited the need. will keep a 5 gallon bucket open in below zero temperatures with no problem. the 50203 uses metal conduit to attach to the side of the kennel . that allows the heater to be raised and lowered to clean out the buckets and PREVENTS CHEWING DOGS from chewing the cord in two.

I have three of these heaters I've used for more than 25 years. Last year I replaced one, but the others still worked until it got down to zero degrees so I replaced them all. Best heater out there, hard to find product of this quality.

I have used the Heartes for over 20 years. One finally went bad. One I bought was a replacement.

I've used Nelson Blue Devil kennel bucket heaters for more than 20 years. They always work well with no issues and last for many years. And, of course, Gun Dog Supply's prices are great and service is excellent!

Had to modify emt brackets so emt would slip easily in the bracelets.

We have purchased several of these over the years, and they last several years, but like to keep a spare on hand so don't have to worry about the old one burning out and no way to keep the dog water open. Great product

It took the dog a little time to get used to the pipe in her water bucket, but the water heater works great in below zero temps.

I had one for quite a few years before, and really liked it. But when my dog died, I left it outside, and it rusted. When I got another dog, I tried a different heater because I was not able to find this one. I did happen on to it later on the net and bought one. I do feel it is overpriced for no more than there is to it, but I do have to say it works great.
