These collars are sturdy and well made. I love that there are multiple color possibilities because sometimes it is the only way I can tell my dogs apart out in the field! :)

I've been using these collars for many years because they are the best for my very active Border collies as they stand up to dirt, mud and saltwater. They are easy to rinse off and never smell, like fabric collars do. And the two rings make is easy for arthritic hands up to attach a leash.

I have used these collars exclusively on my Gordon Setters for years now. Living in North Dakota we can see temperatures from 45 below to 100 above and these collars stand up to it all and remain supple. Working with naturally close working dogs in open country we don't worry about losing them but the free brass ID plate is a nice touch. Steve and his crew at Gun Dog Supply are a class act and the customer service is exemplary!

For some reason he scratches it so it makes me wonder what irritates him about it. Maybe the stiffness. I don't know.

Nice collar, what I've been looking for to hunt in

A big shout out to gun dog supply. This was the second collar I ordered for Rangerdawg my six-year-old coonhound. The first color I had was 5+ years old and still in great shape. He wears it every day. The only reason for the new one is had to change the address. These colors are tough, fed resistant and clean up very easy with a little soap and water. My coonhound spends several days a year in the woods in the dirt in the water and the tall grass. I said the only reason for the replacement was to change the address on the tag. This is the 3rd collar that I have purchased. We love the fact that it call roll off his head if he gets caught on something. The ID tag is great too! It came in handy a few times with my dog, as he has wandered into neighbor's yards and even into one of the neighbor's house! I recieved a call from the neighbor letting me know he was there. Once, I was walking him in the woods and when we were coming back, I unleashed him so he could run down the snow covered hill without taking me down. By the time I got to the bottom of the hill, he was nowhere to be found. I was able to follow his tracks in the snow to a neighbor's house. When I knocked on the door the woman said she was trying to read the collar when I knocked on the door. We love that the collar doesn't hold smells in it either, with the exception of skunk spray. How do I know that? My dog had to say hi to a skunk one day! After washing him several times, the smell finally came out. The only time the collar smelled of skunk after that was when it got wet. Also, when he is at the pond in the backyard, the only part of him we can see is the orange collar.

Hands down the best collar I have ever used or seen. Extra width disperses pressure a little bit more. Easier to grab and it durable.

Fit my Vizsla perfectly. Waterproof and more importantly stink-proof.

The collar is nice and heavy duty. (It's not a cheap POS) and the name plat is a good quality piece and the lettering is clean and legible. I couldn't ask for a better product! Good job Gun Dog Supply!!!

I have purchased many of these over the years. It appears supplier has changed, as this collar is slightly different. Size seems to be a bit larger, and I need to add one hole, but other than that all info was correct on the tag, and the hardware appears to be somewhat improved and strengthened. Overall, a great collar.

Seems to be resistant to mud, gunk and smells. What little sticks is easy to wipe off. Love the two loops available to hook leads and the brass name plate!

I have purchased a number of the GDS roll ring safety collars and they just don't wear out.

Good quality collar and fittings that cleanup nicely.
