It comes in a one dog mode with tone, vibration, continuous stimulation, and momentary stimulation. It's a really small package with seven levels of stim. It's a great unit for the one dog owner that has no need for expandable features and isn't looking for a lot of frills. Simple to use

My dog is 4 months old, he will be a 90 pound dog when full grown. He has to learn behavior outside of what you might use on a milder breed of dog. This system seems to be getting his attention and he is learning in much less time. The only issue I have is that right now the collar goes around his neck 1 1/2 times leaving too much excess. If I trim it I won't be able to use it when he is a year old because there won't be enough collar left. But, the system work great.

The YT-300 worked for my purpose of controlling/training pup. I use Garmin for runs and hunting. The instructional video was a huge bonus. I don't give ratings of 5 unless I'm blown away by the product.

perfect for our needs

This relatively inexpensive E collar is a great buy and perfect for my needs- to control our family dog who barks aggressively when neighbors pass by and to keep him in check when I walk him off leash in the country. The dials on the controller are easy to use and understand, it works reliably and I am able to gain total control quickly of my dog with either a "beep" or a "vibration" as opposed to a low grade stimulation. We used the lowest grade of stimulation a few times and he knows that he needs to respond now to just the beep or vibration- a win for both of us. The vibrate and beep features are easy to discern on this one and Ive had another collar where, when in a hurry, it would be easy to accidentally give an e blast instead of the more gentle beep or vibration. Great product.

Saved my Dog

Thank you for this product, it has saved our dog from being given away! My dog is a Rottweiler/German Shepard mix. Before we got this product, my dog would sit and stay only when food was present and would rarely come when called. When we would go for a walk, she pulled so hard on her harness, she would be wheezing! She would jump and tackle my 4 year old son constantly and would jump on people who came to visit. After receiving this product, we took our dog for a walk and there was an IMMEDIATE and GOOD response to the corrective measures we used. Long story short, my dog comes when called, sits, lays down, and stays on command. She heels when we go for walks. She no longer jumps on people when they come to visit. She does all of this with LITTLE to NO shock correction and only using the tone if she doesn't listen to my voice command. But she almost always listens now to my voice commands. All it took was a little on the spot correction. This has literally saved my dog from being given away and my family has fallen in love with her once again. Thank you so much!

Needed help with basic obedience for Otis - a giant, and stubborn, Saint Bernard puppy. SportDog Yard Trainer YT-300 Remote Training Collar was just what was needed. Worked great and the video was very helpful. You need to watch the video before you start. Able to improve my dogs behavior the first day. A hard headed Blue Healer.
