Tech Mix K9 Bluelite Hydration Mix

We live in South West Kansas and have had above 100 degree weather weekly. We are careful watching any signs of heat exhaustion, especially after light training workouts early in the morning. I feel much better knowing I have taken that extra step in replacing electrolytes using the Bluelite Instant Hydration mix in their water!

Probably a good product, but my GSP won't drink it

My GSP won't drink it even after an hour of training (mostly running) at 85-90 degrees and even if I mix it half strength. Unfortunate since he does tend to run himself into the ground early in the quail season here.

We struggled finding something that would work for our dog. She tends not to drink when she is hot and out in the field working or at a hunt test. Put some of this in her water and she drinks it every time. Gives me a little relief that she is getting some hydration back in her body when working hard on a hot day.

My second order! I give this stuff in her water dish as her regular daily drink during hunting season and during hot times here in S. TX. It really works well. I can see a big difference in her daily stamina when running her. She will go for 2+ hours on the beach even in hotter weather and still wants to do more. She doesn't get as ragged out as when giving her plain water. Also, don't get alarmed...it will turn your dog's tongue blue due to the color of it...she LOVES this stuff!

My dog took a day to get used to it but now loves it! When given her choice between this stuff and plain water, she clearly prefers this stuff. I carry a bottle of in the truck for her between hunting spots and keep her water pail full of it at camp for daily consumption. I am now sure after using it for a couple of weeks, that it really helps her recover quicker and keep going longer. It's kind of gritty though.
