The Beacon Rechargeable Tri-Colored Dog Tracking Light by Ruff Wear

These lights are awesome. I have them on all of my dogs while hunting at night. The color options are nice too.Very visible.

I attach these lights to my dogs' collars whenever they go outside after dusk. This allows me to know exactly where they are. On one occasion a young pup got out of the yard, but I was able to follow him through the neighborhood until I could catch him. That ensured that l WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT THEM!The wire clip attachment for the collar is heavy gauge and is a bit difficult to manage, particularly when it is wet or cold. I remove the existing snap and replace it with a "Nite Ize S-biner Dual Carabiner Clip" (available at Amazon or Home Depot). For me, this is easier to manage.The off-on switch has to be pressed firmly. Visibility is outstanding. I like the "blinking" mode, but it will shine continuously if you wish. It is simple to recharge the light's built-in battery; a double-end cable is included. Plug one end of the cable into the light and the other end into your computer...easy and effective.These lights are terrific. Once you use them, you will never be without them!

This safety light is just as described online and works well. I only shorted it by one star as neither of the clips it comes with exactly worked with the collars I use on my dogs so I had to a bit of rigging.

Overall - I would recommend this product.I have had this light for only 7 months. The "flat" collar clip not very secure, I've lost it twice, but very lucky to have found it both times. I have now attached it using only the split ring.

The light is very bright and run time is great. The negative input I would say is the plastic is brittle and mounting point is thin. Not sure it will last long unless I devise other methods to attach to collar.
