Strap Too Thick

I tried to use this replacement strap with my Garmin/Tritronics Pro550 receiver, but the strap was too thick to fit through the collar loops. I tried soapy water, and even with lubrication, I could not get the replacement strap through the receiver loops. I wasted at least half an hour trying to get this to work.I contacted Garmin and they sent me a Garmin replacement strap and it fit with no problem.The good news is that Gun Dog Supply issued a full refund with no problems. This is the first problem I have ever had with any of their products. I often recommend them and will continue to do so, but not for this product.
