High quality factory replacement Dogtra 1900s transmitter

I destroyed my original Dogtra 1900s transmitter by accident during a weekend bonfire at our residence. I needed a replacement transmitter as fast as possible to maintain off-lead training with our 7 month old purebred German Shepherd Murtaughk9. Snell's Gun Dog Supply sent my replacement transmitter and we received it in a few days! Thank you Snell's for getting our transmitter mailed promptly so that our puppy Murtaugh didn't miss a beat in his training.

The Transmitter works great. The one big problem is that it did not come with a charger. So i am unable to use it and finding a replacement charger has not been easy. I am still looking. Very much a pain.

Lost my original transmitter while on a hike with my 3y/o Ridgeback. She got pretty "loose" in her response to verbal commands after about a week due to her stubborn, strongwilled personality...so ordered this replacement. Recieved it within a couple of days. Didn't contain instructions on syncing it to her collar so called the company. A very professional, pleasant guy talked me through it without difficulty. Works perfect. Overall great product. Don't know what we'd do without this for our girl!

Lost my original had to buy a new one

Fast delivery but came with no instructions on how to pair with a collar. You would think when you are buying a replacement transmitter that it would come with instructions on how to pair it with a collar. But nothing. Be prepared to go online a find a few websites to show you how. If it would have come with instructions I would have given it 5 stars.

Lost mine , needed a new one !

Like I said, I left mine on my tailgate and twenty miles later it was gone ! I was already happy with the performance of my Dogtra 1900s, so this replacement transmitter was exactly what I needed. The transmitter was incredibly easy to sync with my old collar and works like a charm.

Of course, the customer service from Gundog Supply was second to none; fast , friendly and a great price. Thanks !
