    How Bizzy Beds are Made

    BIZZY BEDS are made by hand in the United States from furniture quality materials so they are both DURABLE and EASY TO CLEAN.

    The outside material is heavy-weight furniture fabric.

    Seams are sewn using a SERGER, which has five threads per needle, so they are INCREDIBLY strong.

    The interior is filled with shredded foam which means the bed is comfortable for your dog AND will maintain its shape for years and not flatten out.

    What Size Do I Need?

    It depends on both your available space AND the size of your dog.

    Make sure that it's big enough for your dog. A slightly larger size gives your dog plenty of room to move around.
  • SMALL beds are for dogs from 5-15 lbs.
  • MEDIUM beds are for dogs 10-40 lbs.
  • LARGE beds are for dogs 25-50 lbs.
  • X-LARGE beds are for dogs 40-75 lbs.

    To save you money we vacuum seal your bed into a bag and compress the foam. This makes a much smaller package and saves money on shipping, which means you pay less!

    When Your Bed Arrives

  • Carefully open up the vacuum-sealed bag (no sharp objects!)
  • Take out your BIZZY BED and flatten as much as possible
  • Give it 24 to 48 hours to fully decompress and return to normal size
  • Fluff to evenly distribute the foam

  • Remove and wash JUST the exterior cover
  • Makes cleaning your bed easier
  • The interior is made with a washable black backing

    Bizzy Beds are Easy to Clean

    We recommend hand washing whenever possible. Be sure to test all soaps and cleaners on a small inconspicuous spot prior to cleaning large areas!

  • Remove pet hair and fuzz with a lint brush or tape
  • If your bed gets stained:
      • Use water and mild laundry or dish soap.
      • Dab the stain with soapy water using a clean cloth (avoid scrubbing).
      • Remove excess soapy water using a clean wet cloth and pat dry.
  • For heavier stains a pet-friendly upholstery cleaner can be used.
  • For light soil wipe with a clean damp cloth.
  • For heavily soiled beds:
      • Remove the cover (on beds with a zipper).
      • Wash cover with laundry detergent, dish soap, or your dog's non-medicated shampoo in the bathtub or with a hose.
      • Squeeze out the excess water, then air dry.
  • If the interior cushion needs cleaning:
      • Wash with laundry detergent, dish soap, or your dog's non-medicated shampoo in the bathtub or with a hose.
      • Squeeze out the excess water, then air dry.
      • Once the shredded foam dries, you may need to fluff your bed to redistribute the foam.
      • Beds with solid interiors may be pressed flat or rolled up to remove excess water before air-drying.
    Your Bizzy Bed’s cover may be machine washed on the gentle cycle in a high-capacity washing machine WITHOUT an agitator. DO NOT OVERLOAD YOUR WASHER. Consult your individual washing machine’s instructions for load limits. Alternatively, you could take it to a laundromat or hand wash as described above. We DO NOT recommend machine washing the interior cushion.

    My favorite thing about BIZZY BEDS is how popular they are with our dogs -- that's because of the design.

    BIZZY BEDS are designed the same way dogs naturally make their nests. Dogs are den animals and have the instinct to dig a burrow. BIZZY BEDS mimic the natural shape of a dog den with a lower interior and raised sides.

    When your dog gets into his BIZZY bed, he's gonna circle a few times, nest down in that little hole with his head and legs up, and curl up in the center.

    With regular pillow dog beds, dogs will naturally try and create a burrow. When they're over-stuffed, your dog is gonna have a hard time getting that lower center. They'll dig and they'll scratch and sometimes destroy the bed in the process.

    Nice heavy weight beds. Weather starting to cool down in the evenings. Dogs curl up in the middle and lay their heads on the outside pillow ring. Two 75 lb Labs fit perfectly in X Large size. I got the "mystery" colors at the lower price and they are nice and not wild at all..

    Bentley has biscuit beds in all his crates (SUV, obedience club, home) and one in the corner of the shop. Given my satisfaction with the biscuit beds I ordered a bizzy bed for the office. Well constructed and most importantly my boy loves it as much as his biscuit bed at the shop.

    She seems to like the bed just fine. From a human's perspective, the square middle of the bed could use a little more padding. Bed seems very sturdy for adult dogs. Well constructed. The Bizzy looks snazzy in the living room. Bought a replacement cover (camo) for use when this bed gets relegated to a cabin/hunting environment.

    Only problem with this bed is I have to order 2 more. I ordered 1 to try it and We have 3 dogs and they all love it. It's soft but durable. I believe this bed will serve my pups for years to come. Very pleased. Got here very quickly they took measures to ensure it was delivered undamaged .

    We're owned by our 6th Labrador, a foster failure and a surprisingly good boy for 2yrs old. We've purchased so many dog beds over the years for our own and for the Labradors we fostered for the Labrador rescue. The last bed I bought Dillon was not cheap and lasted 3 months, before the foam sank and he chewed up the rest. Call me foolish for spending more $ on a bizzy bed, but he loves it. I'm more annoyed with myself for not checking here first. He's only 59lbs but has a large crate so we got him the x large with a plan to eventually trust him to be unsupervised. We will definitely order more for other rooms and his travel Kennel. It's well made, heavy for me to lift and I left it 3 days to plump up and it certainly did that. Excellent service and an excellent product. Yet again GDS doesn't disappoint. Never had a bad product, I'll definitely remember to make them my first choice in the future.

    I needed a new bed for my dog as he just destroyed the one he had. This is my 5th dog and I was hoping there was something better out there. I got off the Amazon site and went searching. I found this bed and we are very pleased. I live in Connecticut and got the bed in 3 days which was great because the foam from the last one was still all over the house. The bed is durable and looks great. Dewey my dog loves the raised border - looks very comfortable. It has been a couple of weeks and it is still fully intact. Great quality, reasonable price, fast shipping, looks great, I love it, Dewey loves it. In fact, I like it so much I'm getting another one to put in my office for when he comes to work.

    I purchased a Large Bizzy Beds Dog Bed (in True Timber Camo) for my 65 Lb. German Shorthaired Pointer. He is 8 years old, and has spent most of his life sleeping on our furniture, so I would say my rating is probably a lot higher than his rating right now. He is warming up to it, and will curl up on the bed and sleep when told. The size was just right (based my purchase on the video, which happens to show a GSP lying on the different size beds). Definitely one of the nicer dog beds I've seen. We live in Ohio, and the pup brings lots of clay into the house when the ground is wet. The material is, so far, easy to clean and handles the soiling well.

    I have had one of the cammo ones for a while but have two Aussies in the house (working Aussies!) I ordered the different pattern this time but they are great together - similar but not the same. They are tough (I did have a pup in the house for a while), shaped perfect for the dogs or they seem to think so. I have not washed one yet as they are so easy to clean and dog hair does not stick to them. I also ordered one for my granddaughter lastr Christmas. EXCELLENT
